Yay! NOA received today! Receipt date on it is 11/07/14.

The K-1 Visa journey for myself and my two K-2 children:

I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

WOOHOO so excited to have so many November filers here. Bring on the Biometrics appointment.

Last night I stopped in at Nexus to update my information and the IO told me that they just put a sticker on the back of the GC when you go in for your bio appointment until your new card arrives in the mail? I thought that it was a stamp in the passport?

Can anyone confirm this?

Its a long story but my case has been transferred to California Service Center

i filed in june but after the transfer we were told that our new priority date is the date of the transfer.

i know but it looks like were going to have to wait 180 days for a response according to the status on my case.

my priority date was June 18 NOW Nov 4. i know it dose not make sense but this is whats going on .

we are doing everything allover again which makes me one of you gays.

Congrats and I know what you mean. I did a search and some people who where I751 er's bypassed the whole Biometrics thing based on the face that they had biometrics done within the 2 yr time frame. I just want to get my notification and get it over and done with.
