Thank you for your kind words. I am so happy I found this site. This journey is a lonely one it's good to have a support system. I will update as soon as I hear back from my Congress Rep

You are so welcome! And thanks for including us to your prayers as well. Hopefully you'll hear from your Congress soon, if so, I might ask my fiancé to do the same thing, some actions needs to be done for sure, we can't just sit and wait while others are getting approvals in just a month.

Hi guys!

I just want to update..My fiance called TSC last Friday October 24 and asked them the status of our documents, like what we hear from the other filers, TSC has back logs in their system. But they assure us that we're going to get it this week, the physical mail, our NOA1.. we'll see.. It is so sad that ours is taking so long :( I'm glad though that they didn't just give us "please wait..." as an answer.

Does anyone here have the same case like ours?

Anyways, I'm happy for all those filers who are now waiting for NOA2.. Goodluck guys! :)

Hello! How did he call the TSC directly? Or you mean their customer service? I hope you get your NOA1 this week.

Hello All,

I am a September filer at Texas Service UGH. I was so happy when i first filed. Now I am going crazy looking at the processing time for TX Service center. Honestly It makes me sick to stomach. Although, I am truly happy for those at CSC but I am beyond disgusted with the major difference in processing time. I just don't understand why is there's such a back log at Texas more cases aren't transfered to CSC since they don't seem to be facing the same issue at Texas. Any ways instead of waiting months and months I decided to write a nice letter to my Congress Rep. I know some say it's to early or maybe even unfair. I feel like it's no more unfair that having to suffer waiting months on in while those that file at CSC are getting approve within 13 to 21 days. I plan on writing a letter to them once a week to the point where they are just sick of hearing from me an decide to actually do something. Keeping my fingers cross and praying for all who are suffering the long wait time.

Hi! Welcome! :) I hope they do something about your letter. Sometimes we just need to be heard and listened to. While waiting, feel free to ask any questions you have. We have a lot of members here who are knowledgeable and very helpful. Maybe prepare and research on what you need to do once you have your NOA2 so when it is finally here (hopefully soon!), you're ready for the next step. Yes, let's pray for those who applied earlier than us who don't have their approvals yet. And Lord willing we'll be next! :)

Thank you I wish I would have known about this site prior to filing our petition. I realize after finding this site that I did not properly fill out my G325A form listing my jobs for the past 5 years. I am concerned that will generated a RFE. Everyone on here are absolutely amazing. Thanks to visa Journey I've been able to keep some type of sanity. (I guess it's true what they say misery loves company) lol.

Hello! How did he call the TSC directly? Or you mean their customer service? I hope you get your NOA1 this week.

Hi. My fiance assumes that it's their customer service representative. The information they gave us was accurate and true because we got the hardcopy yesterday October 30, the I-797C (NOA1).. At least now we feel relieved. Ours really got delayed. Now, looking forward to NOA2 :)
