Pretty sure we got NOA2!!! Nothing in the mail yet, but I just checked our case status online and it said

On October 18, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I'm assuming this is NOA2? We filed Sep 18 and were processed through CSC for reference. YAY!!! My fiance is actually staying with me until November 21. Can we mail in everything from the states? Also, does he schedule his own medical or will they automatically give him a date?

Congrats to everyone else approved and good luck to everyone else, <3

Yes certainly is congratulations!!!

Check the embassy info on this site for London to see about medical.

He will need to be home for medical and interview so you could have everything ready before he leaves and he can take it back with him.

Best of luck

Lucky that time is passing quickly for you! Having known dates to look forward to does help the time fly by. I'll be visiting my hunny in 59 days - a countdown far sooner than our estimated NOA2 date...in 59 days it will also be 14 weeks from the NOA1 date... not that I'm counting or anything lol!

I shouldn't have looked at the thread and saw people getting their NOA2 so quickly! I got my last notification here:

September 29, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

Not sure what that means exactly. I'm in Baltimore, and it seems I'm stuck with TSC, which I guess is bad... Anyways, got...ANOTHER...ticket to vietnam early January. My best friend and a couple family members are coming with this time, so it'll be fun. I just spend 2 months there July - September, so I'm already missing it/her.

She's getting more anxious than me now I think.

Text notice of NOA2 recieved tonight while watching my beloved and long suffering KC Royals!! One more step down, so many more to go.

So happy now.

This is all making me feel hopeful, even though I'm in TSC. Hopefully I'll get transferred. Perhaps they are making a big push to hit some sort of quotas by the end of the year? I wonder if this happened last year.

I am TSC too and hoping and praying luck comes our way. Found out I was pregnant shortly before submitting our petition. Not planned at all! I am turning into a crazy person and completely terrified and somewhat resigned to the fact that Ill probably be alone for all of this...Its so hard for me but really sad for the baby and father.

Why is TSC so much slower than CSC?! It is beyond unfair. Maybe us TSC folks should create our own thread. While I am glad that CSC petitions are getting approved, everytime I read someone's approval, it feels like rubbing salt in a wound.

I just find comfort in that there is nothing I can do to hurry the process, so I try not to worry about it too much. I go as far as just trying not to think about it much. I'd rather it be a surprise when I get it. It means that I'm not sitting every day and ever minute staring at my phone waiting for the text message.

It'd be nice if it was sooner, but if it isn't I know I've done all I can and that it will come when it comes.

Hi! I hope your pregnancy goes well and that this whole process won't be stressful for you and the baby.

That's also my question. :( I saw a lot of approvals last week from CSC and felt bad that our petition is at TSC. Of course we can't do anything about it. :)

I understand how you feel when someone gets approved. :)

Here is a thread for us TSC filers-the chosen(chosen to wait) ones. lol :Dhttp://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/517086-k1-september-2014-filers-tsc/

True! I was excited during the first two weeks hoping it would be fast like the other petitions from the Philippines, but then the excitement died down. I told myself that I won't check it for a week. It's nice to be surprised. It's better when it comes while I am not worrying about it. I wish I can do that everyday. :)
