hi i am from Bosnia and Herzegovina, my wife is an American citizen. predalismo papers before 6 months and 130 we were granted to this extent, we welcome Post Decision Activity

On August 14, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, fiancé (e), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications / petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application / petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications / petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and / or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations. so I wonder whether somebody can help with the paper how much is still a process or to conversations and can be obtained refusals to interview

Okay what this email is is good news its your approval from USCIS. Now your case moves on to NVC for more processing. You need to read the Link of the NVC process so you can start getting your documents together.

So from what I've read, your case is now moving to the next stage. If you and your wife are not familiar with the NVC process, start reading the NVC filers threads. You can easily search for them by month and year. 5 months is actually quite good for i-130 approval. The NVC is slower than usual right now but try to get all your documents submitted as soon as you can and triple check everything. Best of luck.
