I noticed that nvc takes a month to response to everything u sent to them. We submitted our aos last friday does that mean i will get my iv invoice 30 days after last friday? And my case will complete by november if it always takes a month for them to response at everything u sent them:

A lot of people have got notice saying it's now taking 60 days instead of 30.

I got my nvc case number 1 month and 2 weeks. Then now after we send the aos, wait again another 1 month or 2? Then wait again for the interview another 1 month and for

Case to complete another 1 month? Thats makes

Me feel hopeless. Ive been waiting forever since may. =(

Congrats!

Hi All

My husband got his citizenship and we have posted a letter to NVC, to upgrade our petition form F2A to IR, we posted the letter on 5 August 2014 and after a week i called to NVC and one representative told me to wait for another 60 days, up to now they didn't issue me a case number, can anyone let me know the process after NVC receive the document. please help me on this.

hello there,

At first i thought it was 60 days then i read different views from people on VJ that called NVC and were told 60 bizness days, so i kept my faith for 60bizness days but to my suprise it came even less than the 60 days. MY TAKE SHOOT FOR 60 BIZNESS DAYS, anything earlier is a big bonus.
