K1 filing AOS, how many certified copy marriage certificate ?

Im preparing for AOS from K1 (I-485) along with EAD (I-765) and AP (I-131),

how many certified copy of marriage certificate do i need in total? Three?

or one for certified copy and rest are photo copy ?

One more question for I485,my spouse is USC, do i also need to send in his copy of passport and copy of his birth certificate ?

Please help. Just a bit confuse. :wacko:

NOA Date : 2014-09-16

Zero. You need one plain photocopy of the marriage certificate for the I-485. Each form has its own instructions with the required evidence stated there.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Even though zero is the correct number, we still sent the actual certified copy with the I-485 and then color copies with the others.

K1 Visa timeline:

11/17/2014 - K2 gets an interview waiver letter in the mail (dated November 12th) (K1 has never gotten this letter)

08/24/2015 - Green cards are FINALLY in hand after nearly 13 months of waiting.

05/01/2017 - ROC application sent 

05/02/2017 - CSC receives our package

05/03/2017 - Official NOA1 date

05/10/2017 - MO cashed at our bank

05/20/2017 - Biometrics letter in hand

05/31/2017 - biometrics appt (Oxnard, CA)

06/19/2018 - ROC still pending with no news but that wonky glitch back in February, so we went ahead and filed for citizenship

06/19/2018 - N-400 application filed online

06/20/2018 - NOA1 received online for Naturalization application

You just need a single photocopy of the certified marriage certificate you receive from the court after your marriage is registered.

just a note: I sent in 3 color normal copies .. EAD combo card approved without RFE.
