NVC says that they were unable to give me a date for September based on the limited staff at the consulate...what?! That's the first time I've received that answer.

BTW, that was unprompted, I simply asked for an update....

I asked when one would be scheduled and she said they don't know.

Do not believe what NVC reps say unless it's a definite interview date read off from a screen. According to DHL Tracking, the last case that left NVC to anywhere in the world was on Aug 6th. NVC is plainly holding scheduling back for everyone.

I sent an email to the embassy to inquire, since NVC's blaming them. We'll see what the answer I get back is.

Heaven sake this needs to be a documentary. Why why must you endure so much. Oh don't know to get a tissue or some popcorn. This adventure has me spellbound.

I am praying daily for God's covering over your husband and family and no detaining, denial of passage nothing. Hubby is coming home dang it. Don't make me get all Commando and go get him now. I will.

Both sounds about right.

I take it as a suspenseful comedy. If i did not, i'd be in a straight jacket! :).

No worries, it is all God's way of testing the faith. I tend to always spaz out when i have another stressor. Then, i try to step back and fig out the solution and leave it all up to God. I just always try to think of each situation as, if He wants this for me, it will go how I desire. :D

Visa In hand :dancing: :joy: :dancing: after 3 business days from my visa approval.My interview was on 6 august.Consular gave me 7-10 days but i received it after 3 business days. :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

Heck yeah!! That is great!! Congrats!!! :)

We were aug 7, says printed aug 8. Picked up TODAY!!!!!! :D

Interviewww scheduled finally..i jus called n found outt...its on 2nd september 2014..i asked when am i gonna get the email..she said they just scheduled it right now so ill get it in couple of days..i cudnt believe my ears...soo happyyyy..

I think they just started scheduled..people call back today after some time...

Soo happyy,..she was asking me do u have any other questions...n i cudnt say anything out of happiness..jus had a huge grin on my face ?????

haha, you're welcome! :P Also, I looked up the meaning of the annotation 212 (g )(2) (B) on the visa, and it's just a waiver stating that some immunizations were not required because they were either not age appropriate or not required (such as the flu vaccination).

Now mu husband is doubting me..hes saying they must notify u of interview 30 days before..she mustve said 22nd of september n u out of happiness didnt hear her properly...but 2nd or 22nd we got interview date...will have to call back again n wait for 50 minss to make sure or we will jus wait for email ???
