Are you suggesting that it is better for those of us trying to get our loved ones here legally wait longer for political gain?? Are you freaking serious?!?! That is INSANE.

Political party affiliation or leaning has NOTHING to do with it. I've been in this "process" to get a visa for my legally wedded wife for over 8 months with likely another 3 or more months to go. I'm not sure about the rest of the folks here but this has been one of the most difficult and trying experiences in my lifetime. To have someone tell me it is better that I wait longer than needed for the political gain of another person or party is insensitive and quit disturbing. It is exactly this kind of thought process that has our government so messed up and unable to move the country in any direction regardless of political leanings. Placing politics in front of human rights and needs, especially those of it's legal citizens, is a sure path to decline.

Frankly, I couldn't care who loses seats this election. To say it's better that I remain separated from my wife longer than needed simply to save someone's political butt is offensive.

I have a huge concern on this topic. It says All TSC Filers to sign the Petition, but obviously it is not nearly the enough signatures we need. As a CSC Filer, I want to maybe make ammends and we would love to sign the Petition also and will give a much greater chance of getting enough signatures.

We need CSC Filers to also sign.

For those with access to the US other than illegally there are simpler fround upon by VJ options.

Makes you wonder when VJ is going to catch up with the reality out there.

Surely a very very minor issue compares to what the Government is doing?

Especially when what they are doing impacts so severely on those doing it the 'right' way.

For example:

One person enters illegally gets married gets a very easy to obtain waiver pops back for a few days to get their Immigrant Visa.

Other person sits and waits for a year or so.

Which route does the system favour?

I understand where you're coming from. I'm having a hard time not feeling the same.
