Who is they?

CFO looks for either a divorce decree/death certificate or a copy of your tax return (black SSN and such) showing you file single.

Probably some confusion.

We had my tax return (filed as single) with my SSN blacked out (CFO does NOT need to know that information). I don't think they asked Joan for it but it depends on who you get. Anyway the tax return "should" work. Good luck.

Your latest ITR with the SSN blacked out. CFO accepted mine just fine and issued approval.

Trust me, it is what they want. Worked for me.

. Hi, what is ITR? Tax return?

Correct. Does not need to be original inked signature either. So fax her your ITR or scan it and email it to her and instruct her to cross out your Social with a black marker pen. Then she sends it to CFO, and you are done.

She says she went back and she can pick up her sticker on Monday i'm guessing the tax return worked! I don't know why the lady there was giving her such a hard time and she's not the only one a friend she met there said they asked for the legal capacity from her to! But after calling later she asked if the tax return would be good enough and they said yes I'm not understanding why it was denied the first time!

I don't know what's going on there at the CFO but I think they're confused on what you need !
