My wife went to get her CENOMAR in Manila while waiting to go to her interview and she discovered she has 2 marriages listed on the CENOMAR for the years 2011 and 2012 which we believe were registered in Manila. We were married in 2005 in Cebu. She did go to the interview and passed, but was asked to get a CENOMAR. She is afraid to complete the process because there are 2 other marriages on her CENOMAR. We have started to talk to a lawyer to see what is needed to correct this problem. My question is do we have 1 year to send in the corrected CENOMAR to complete the visa process?

Thanks for your help.

Are the 2 marriages hers OR just namesakes (other person with the same name as hers)?

You have until the validity of the medical to comply, get the visa and fly to the US otherwise if her medical expires, she will have to re-do it and resubmit all expired docs like NBI clearance.

Medical is valid within 6 months.

NBI is valid within 1 year.

CENOMAR is valid within 6 months.

You need to sort that out. Why are there two other marriages registered if you were already married in 2005? Are they to different people? It doesn't make sense. That needs to be resolved before anything else can happen.

OP never said, which I thought was odd.

The 2 other marriages had her name (or someone using the same name) and 2 other guys names. She also told me there were no pictures and other missing documents. The big question is how could those marriages be listed if the original marriage (mine and hers) was never annulled?

The big question is why are there two other marriages listed, someone with a name like your wife's wrongly recorded? Have you talked to NSO about this, signed a statement regarding those other people not being your wife?

????? why would this other person's marriage be listed on your wife's CENOMAR?

One marriage what in 2011 with her name (or someone using her name) and this guy's name. The the second marriage was in 2012 with her name (or someone using her name) and a another guy's name. Some how they registered a marriage using her name but missing most of the marriage documents to show a valid marriage.
