At my interview they took ALL AOS documents, including the actual I-864 form completed. I had my taxes, w2 form, recent paystubs, letter from employer and I believe that is all.

They also took a recent police report, our marriage certificate, and my husband's birth certificate even though they already had all of it. So make sure you take everything.

Hope this helps.

So apparently you got check-listed for the I-864EZ then you will need to do a new one and pay attention for the part 19 of the form because that was the mistake.

Second:

1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1 R And 1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 2 R is the DS-260, you will have to print the bar-coded sheet that says you filled it (you may print it all if you wish). https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

3 - BIRTH CERTIFICATE A and 5 - MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE A it doesn't matter if you already send it to them, you'll need to have an original or a certified copy at the interview.

And the police certificates or military certificates are very important.

So does anyone foresee this backlog affecting visa issuance in the months of August and September? I'm wondering if it will mean my wife won't get her visa for more than a week after the interview. Anyone know about it?

Hello vj.

How to organize medical reports?

What do you mean how to organize? When you go to interview your medical that's sealed is the first thing you will hand over so have it at the ready not filed away where you go digging for it.

Is there some other medical reports you are talking about?

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

Are you flying to Tampa International? Do any of the airlines fly into St. Petersburg airport? I remember when I used to live in Tampa, sometimes flights to St. Pete were cheaper.

My husband and I are leaving 2 weeks after the interview. Check the averages for Columbia and then decide what's best. :-)

Check Tampa International, those might be cheaper than Orlando (I think Disney & Universal make that airport mkre expensive by default). If there's no construction on I-4, it's an easy drive back to Orlando :-)

We're leaving for Prague on the 21st for our anniversary trip. We booked that before we even had I-130 approval!
