Case is "Ready". :)

Interview is on August 12th. Is it a good idea to request for an earlier date though I don't have any reason to ask for it? I mean will it have an adverse affect to the case like CO might put it in AP or something?

You will need to contact (email) the consulate to ask for a change of the interview date. All they can say is Yes or No. It has no adverse effect on your case whatsoever.

I am thrilled beyond words. 7 months ya'll 7 months waiting AFTER case Complete. All my Egyptians peeps have shown me grace under fire and patience and just so sweet wonderful people.

Call NVC and see if Hong Kong is still scheduling.

Il be staying at my relative's place and so the hassle of traveling is taken care of.

Do we have to take a print out of the OFC appointment letter to be shown on the day of biometrics?

Yes it would be good to have. They checked mine in the mail entrance.
