I RECIEVED A CHECKLIST OVER A MONTH AGO SAYING I SHOULD RE-DO THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND COORECT MY NAME....... WHICH I DID........AN HOUR AGO I RECIEVE ANOTHER CHECKLIST BUT I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND IT SO PLZ CAN ANYONE TELL ME, WHAT IT MEANS AND WHAT THEY R ASKING FOR THIS TIME????

THE NVC HAS RECEIVED THE REQUESTED DS-260 ONLINE IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION. HOWEVER, WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE RESPONCE TO THE CHECKIST LETTER FOR THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT. PLEASE RETURN THE REQUESTED INFORMATION SO THAT WE CAN COMPLETE YOUR CASE.

CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME AM LOST WITH THIS AND MY WIFE IS SEVEN MONTHS PREGNANT, THIS IS REALLY STRESSING US?????? :-(

You need to call NVC and ask they will tell you exactly what they are missing.... good luck

Sounds like they either have not received yor reply to the first RFE or it is still in process. You can call NVC and ask if they have received your corrected i864.

Affidavit of support signed...if its below poverty level a co-sponsor affidavit also

can be a friend or relative, also follow above poster advise, call NVC to clarify, ask

to speak to 2nd tier officer and get it sorted out....but slow your roll, it'll work out

If that all it is, then they likely have reviewed the DS-260 and have not yet reviewed your checklist. Unless the checklist asks for something specific, it's called a false checklist.

It looks like they need the i864-affidavit of support (to show that you can support her financially)

I would call the NVC to see what was left out and if they ever received the second one you sent in, sometimes things do get misplaced there and you might need to resend something or it may not have been processed yet. Good luck
