I-129f sent to TSC for processing, but I live in Vermont?

Just wondering if anyone has any insight as to why my application would end up at the Texas Service center when I actually live in the state with the center closest to me. It makes me think it might be something to do with my expedite request letter I included, but since I've never done this before I have no idea! Thanks :)

Vermont does not process I-129F's anymore. Basically, the East coast applications now go to Texas, the West coast applications go to California.

March 8, 2012: NOA1 (VSC)

Oct. 1, 2012: Packet 3 received
Nov. 3, 2012: Packet 4 received

how is that ? i have 129f and its at vermont, i received NOA1 from Vermont center, they didnt say that it moved to Texas, i am at East coast too.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

I have seen that some are being transferred to Vermont recently. Perhaps they are starting to do workload transfers again because of the backlog at the TSC. No mention of the workload transfers and Vermont processing the I-129F petitions again on the USCIS site as of yet. It might take them some time to announce it though.
