Why is so different processes time between CSC yTSC?

my NOA1 was in April 8 in TSC and We are waiting for our NOA2, but I can see the people who sent the paper to CSC the have their interview date! i dont understand...

No one can "send" it to CSC. All applications go to the Dallas lockbox, where they are either forwarded to TSC or CSC, based on the state the petitioner lives in.

That is correct. Since you are in New York. your petition is handled by the Texas Service Center. They are running real slow right now.

1. queue waiting time is different

2. physical headcount on adjudicators is different.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
