@waiting_for_aos: same here...mine was all back then. And yes, you are right, technically they expire, but in practice it is not uncommon that when the service centers are hammered with paperwork they waive the biometrics to speed up the process and to be able to try to crawl back to the normal time frames....hence, although they won't refund our bio payment, but they'll just say our bio is current. We should wait another month, and if still nothing, we can then call them up and they will likely tell us that your bio is current. Then we can request a case number so that we could check our cases online. Patience, and all the best! It'll be over one day! :)

The biometrics was done so swiftly today. Appt was at 12noon, we got there at 11:40, only 3 people in front of me. All done and out of the door by 11:56. That is a record for government service :dancing:

Hello Guys,

We mailed our I-751 application today instead of yesterday (Please update KASH2011 :-)) via USPS Priority Mail. Wish us luck (and 'grats to those who already have their biometrics appointments already).

Just wondering, how do you guys get updates on your applications? Do you receive text messages and emails just like the I-130 and AOS application updates?

That's RIGHT! :D That is what keeps me insane...although I'm getting frustrated a I got stuck at level 266 for like a week now...GRRRR....either I need my biometrics appointment RIGHT NOW, or I have to be able to pass my level at candy crush RIGHT NOW....I'm not picky...but one or the other....RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Just got to be patient. Candy crush will do the trick :)
