No timeline? No photos? No fun!

There are no age restrictions as long as you are both of legal age. You can count on extra scrutiny so have your evidence in line and well detailed.

My fiance and if have 53 year age difference, Is it possible to even get either a fiancee or souse visa. Or should wee get married in the Philippines and apply for a green card. What option has the best chance to get herr in to the US.

Getting married in the Philippines then applying for a green card directly isn't possible, that IS the spousal visa.

I have read of some serious age gaps some have approached 50 years, don't know that it is a deterrent to getting a visa.

I wonder of this is the SO of the lady who posted a week ago concerned what would happen if her SO passed away before the Visa was issued.

You can petition her and age has no bearing. You must prove to the CO that your realtionship is genuine.

Follow Hank's guide and you should have no problems.

Come here often and ask any question. Very knowledgeable people here to help.

Ah, another classic story of a whirlwind romance between an 18 year old and a 71 year old. I believe the tagline on the book cover is "She's just getting out of diapers, he's just getting into them!" Drama! Suspense! The mystery and wondering if this will be the first one in history that's legit!

I'd buy that for a dollar!

You know large age gaps are not for me. But having said that, what others want to do and it's legal and doesn't hurt anyone.... so be it !!! 2059.gif
