Great news!! We got a case complete. May 19th for us. We are so excited!! :goofy::dance::goofy:

13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

Not sure if I already asked you this question but did you have a lawyer? :P. You were invoiced IV fee in 14 days after completion of DS261 while most of us have been waiting for almost 30 days.

No lawyer . Hang in there hopefully you'll get it sooner than 30 days

which confirmation pages from CEAC do i need for the interview?

Just the DS-260 confirmation is needed. Although, you should have the DS-261 confirmation and bill receipts for your own records.

I completed the DS261 on May20 and still waiting to pay the IV fee. Grrrrrr!

We missed you! Everybody is frustrated and i feel better when i can share my frustrations in here.

Just the DS-260 confirmation is needed. Although, you should have the DS-261 confirmation and bill receipts for your own records.

NVC received my checklist for Aos on May 16th. I called yesterday they said they have not reviewed it. Now will they send me a email once its approved or do I need to keep calling to find out?

Is that the day NVC says it was scanned in? If so, keep calling. They're working on the 19th now.

Yes May 16th is the day AOS was scanned in. Day before yesterday when I called they said, well, your IV doc are scanned in on May 27...! AOS on May 16th... I wonder if they are gonna review all at once closer to May 27.. bleh...
