On a form I-130 there is a question 13.Has your relative ever been in US? YES OR NO. Im already in Usa.Came years ago for the first time and never left.What my husband have to put? Yes,bc im already in Usa or no bc its my first time.Its confusing bc if he put yes it means ive been here before?

"ever been" means has the relative ever set foot on US soil in their life.

You have to put yes because you are in the us.... Maybe in the space to fill out the dates you can just put the entry date and present in the second space

You are filing a I-485 also (adjustment of status packet) I hope .
