Mine is is transit expected to be delivered tomorrow to Chicago IL. I used FedEx and I have the tracking number and request of signature. My package was almost 3lbs and I paid $23

Hi! I received texts and mails last night at 10:30, saying that my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing!

I feel so much better knowing they actually received it, now waiting for NOA in the mail and praying for no RFE's and a smooth journey :)

When did your package deliver to uscis? I sent mine on May7 too and it delivered on May10. USCIS returned my dvd saying that they cant take it on May12 so my husband called to ask what's a deal with it and ask when we gonna get the texts. The officer said if we dont get texts and emails within 30days, we should call them. I hope you get them tomorrow.

Me, too. I was a bit afraid at first when we were reading about the whole "non-immigrant intent" issues with TN statuses, but everything I'm reading says it won't be such a big deal. We're probably on a very similar timeline - I overnighted my package so it will probably arrive tomorrow right along with yours. :)

Very close! I'm glad there is someone adjusting from the same thing. I could see a question about it. But I have an honest answer that clearly shows I didn't have immigrant intent at the time.

My package arrived yesterday so the first waiting game has started. Now I'm checking my bank account daily...

How does the USCIS know where to email/text the notification to?

I filled out the g-1145 form.

It seems that we can set up an account, but I tried that and I think we need the first NOA before updates work. But that is just my guess.

I tried to fill up my timeline and there is some info in it but I can't figure out how to link it to my signature. The info you see in my post was input directly in my signature settings. Can anyone help me ? Thanks

If you look at your profile to the left of your post there is a spot that says "timeline". I'm not familiar with any way to link it to your signature, but I can see yours fine.

I sent our forms last Saturday (May 17th) and was delivered by Monday (May 19th), but as of now, Thursday (May 22nd), I haven't got Email nor text message. Does anyone know if it's normal or it is delaying?

I think that's normal. I've been looking at a lot of timelines and don't remember seeing anyone get their emails in 3 days. It generally seems to take more like 5-12 days from arrival.

Keep in mind, too, that Monday is a Federal holiday so you will lose a day there as well.
