How do I know which Application I need for my wife? I am a US citizen living mostly abroad for the last 20 years. My wife and I are legally married in the US but we returned shortly after to my resident country.

My wife has a French passport and does not need a Visa to enter as France is part of the Visa Waiver program. My children have US citizenship.

Can anyone advise on the best course of action for my wife to obtain residency status? Where do I start? Thanks

You file the I-130 and you get......
