Can someone please tell me what to do if there are no tax returns for the petitioner? I haven't worked in last five years as I was a full time student. Do I need to give some sort of a letter explaining that? My parents will be my joint sponsors so I know they'll provide all their tax information, etc.

Most people said to start calling after 7-10 days of receiving the NOA2. Mine is also 9/2 so will call starting next week.

I've started to gather things I need to send so as soon as the bill is available, I can send out the package.

Ok, will call next week then..

I have a little confusion about filling up the I1864 form. On page 1 right side there is a column for mailing address numbering 2A to 5. Who's mailing adress has to be there? Petitioner's or Principal Immigrant's?

Just received the actual NOA2 hardcopy and it now saya to wait 30 days before contacting NVC. I guess it's no longer a 60 day wait.

Recieved NOA2 hardcopy yesterday, 09/06. 30 days' wait before contacting NVC. Are you sure previously they were saying 60 days' wait after NOA2. I think the 60 days wait is after ds261. :(
