Dhweel help me pls

I hd my interview this morning at manila emabssy an they issued mo 221g. They said may husband and my joint sponsor income is not enough and they want me to sent another joint sponsor.i can provide the other joint sponsor but is there a chance tht i may get denied of having 2 joint sponsor? I am only the applicnt and one more thing the embassy kept my passport

We just called NVC for an interview date, but it hasn't been scheduled yet. They also told us that they have finished scheduling interviews for June now

I'll have to hope for a July interview now.

Keep your hopes up. They told me last Monday they weren't doing any other scheduling for June interviews, but I keep calling everyday anyway, and they haven't told me the same since. And when I ask they tell me their not sure if their done with June yet. My case was complete 4/30, I'm thinking they might use the left over people as fillers.

Wife is here. the feeling is surreal. immigration was a breeze.

Was your AOS not approved at NVC. Did NVC not tell you that you will need a second joint sponsor?

Also, you can have up to two joint sponsors. Correct me if I am wrong, DWheel.

I always though that NVC would tell us if a second sponsor was needed. I remember one member ( a while back) was notified about a joint sponsor.

They approved ir in nvc but in embassy they did not because they said the joint sponst and sponsor income does not enough so i found a joint sponsor which is my uncle a doctor his income is so high but he did not still file the tax of 2013 but he had an extension that came from irs. In my 221g they need the 2013 but is it ok to sent the extension because they did not file there tax .they doing it eversince

Dheewls . The co compute the last year and not enough they base on itr and w2. I found my another joint sponsor my uncle he is a doctor but in my 221g they nid the 2013 tax filing but they still not file there tax instead they have there extension. Is it ok to sent the extension since they still not file there tax? They doing it eversince they dile there tax not before april.

That is absolutely correct. There may be no more than two joint sponsors.

OP: The fact they kept your passport is actually good. All you need is a I-864 from another joint sponsor, and copies of his/her Tax Transcript or Tax Return. Mail these to the beneficiary (applicant) and then let him/her take that to the Embassy. I do not think there will be another interview. They will just approve the visa with this new financial support info.

Send in the I-864, tax extension, and all the W2, 1099s etc (for 2013), letter of employment, copies of pay stubs, bank statements etc. Include as much evidence as possible.

can someone told me how to check tracking from DHL. NVC sent my package 4 to Rangoon embassy since thursday. it show in transit. but still now, it is in transit. i want to know where it is now.
