I have been patiently waiting for NOA2 for almost two and half month now and there is no response and not even a touch indicated . I have looked at and compared the application processing speed between VSC and CSC, the difference are dramatical. It usually take VSC 1 month or less to get approved. I know all of you aware of this, but did anybody ever questioned why?????????? my cases was transfered from TSC to CSC, if the USCIS considered to merge the cases from TSC and NSC to the other two for whatever reason they think that's beneficial, should they at least do it with a GOOD plan, do they ever consider balancing the work between the two offices, or have noticed that the huge delay and paper piling up in CSC office. CAN'T THEY SEE THE AT LEAST 2 MONTHs OF GAP BETWEEN THE TWO OFFICE??????

this is torture toward many of us who wanted to be with our fiance , husbands/wives so badly. did anybody ever try to complain about this to USCIS, or anybody have any idea how can we fire some actions and make them notice of this?

I try to get through the immigration process by not expecting USCIS to behave efficently or rationally. I need the sanity.

It's true they still need to improve their processes, but it wasn't much more than 2 years ago CSC would take 6-9 months to approve a petition, and VSC wasn't so quick either. So they've improved quite a bit. My NOA2 was in 77 days, so I think yours should be any day now.

It does amaze me there is such a great disparity between the 2 offices. One would think if they are moving cases from NSC and TSC, they would do it to balance things out. And speaking of the holidays, Vermont is still cranking them out, CSC just seemed to stop.

Patience is required for this process.

I'm in the same boat too! And the wait for the Guangzhou consulate is just as bad. Think July or August for Visa approval if everything goes to plan.

The VSC isnt so quick all the time either...*points to her timeline*.. And Im just as frustrated as anyone watching the VSC'ers who filed in Dec zoom by me. The lack of ability to do anything besides obcessively check the uscis website is just as nervewracking. Im fighting everyday not to call the hotline, but I know it wont do any good until the petition is 6 months old, Im not even so much worried about the NOA2 atm as I am just worried my application is lost or mixed up somewhere. The only small solace I give to myself is just by remembering that there are other unlucky souls out there waiting just as long and longer. I think everyone at some point in this process no matter what service center they use has to think there has got to be a better way to handle all applications than the current one. I dont know how you would go about getting anything done really besides starting petitions on the issue rallying up support and trying to make a local senator or congressman listen to your concerns and get them to take action.

I see your NOA1 is just one day before mine. Yah it's really frustrating - CSC seems to have just stopped working or something! There were MANY approved just before the holidays, and I just wish it would pick up again. CSC should have more employees and more offices to get through all the files more efficiently!

I wish CSC would shuffle applications around every two weeks or so. At least then we'd all get 'touched' and know that our petitions are alive and well and haven't been made into paper mache penguins or silly hats.

 you will get through this just fine with a sense of humor like that!

For the OP: Unfortunately from what I've heard about attitudes at the USCIS, no, they do not care that things are in disarray and they have no intention of fixing or hurrying anything. Petitions from last spring still linger in the office while petitons from the early fall are already approved and at the consulate, if the beneficiary isn't here already! Patience is the only thing that will get you through this in one piece and with all of your marbles (or at least most of them) and MBP said.
