Plz don't make any expectations, just try to forget about waiting. Everything will change when you don't expect it, and it will be a big surprise!

Indeed and their call center is just as useless as USCIS.

The only quick actions USCIS/NVC does is stealing our money as they are not providing a sufficient level of service for what we pay for. They are pure scumbags.

People think I'm negative but all I can say is that im realistic on NVC's competence.

The only realistic thing we all can hope for is if Immigration Reform passes this year because the scumbag politicians are rallying their base to get necessary votes for the mid-term elections.

yea who knows maybe this was just a way to make some money..

make PD current.. lots of people will apply and will generate some cash also keep them busy for next little while.. aholes..

Guys, I just read this from USCIS website:

"Retrogression typically occurs toward the end of the fiscal year as visa issuance approaches the annual category, or per-country limitations. Sometimes a priority date that meets the cut-off date one month will not meet the cut-off date the next month. When the new fiscal year begins on October 1, a new supply of visas is made available and usually, but not always, returns the dates to where they were before retrogression."

I think it could get back to Sept 2013 on October. If you check the visa bulletin history, you will see that usually happens. I hope so!

Yes...m trying to give website for vb history but somehow its format is getting changed on its own. Immigration help.com but dont write gration in spelling of immigration. Its just first 4 letters of immigration then help.com. Attach this 3 words together n open a link. Go to visa bulletin movement tab. It will show a history of f2a movement.

Hi everyone, I know everyone is not in the right mood and I am one of you, although I already got my visa, one of my derivatives is not yet done with his medical, he has an ongoing treatment under DOT and the treatment will end on June 23 that's why he wasn't able to make it in our interview. i hope someone can enlighten me with our case since USEM and SLEC aren't much of help yesterday. Is there a possibility that my derivative could still get his visa after his treatment since I am the principal sponsor and I already have my visa even if our priority date is not current? Or just like everybody else he still need to wait for our pd to be current? Thank you so much.

It's my understanding that they will not issue the visa, even if you got approval on the interview, if your PD is not current at that moment, you would have to wait.

I would ask the consulate about your situation.

It's my understanding that they will not issue the visa, even if you got approval on the interview, if your PD is not current at that moment, you would have to wait.

I would ask the consulate about your situation.

I already asked, but the people I talked to doesn't seem to know the answer and they just gave me an email add and phone number to send my queries. I already called but can't get through the line, I also sent emails, i just don't know when are they going to reply. I am still hoping they will consider my minor kid since he is just my derivative and my visa is on hand already, i checked my ceac status and it indicates as ISSUED. Hoping for a miracle.
