I think that was what I was told too: " We cannot guarantee, but we'll try scheduling".

Called nvc...nothing yet! Its so painful now....

Don't worry, your case was complete in March, not like mine (April). You'll get your IL very very soon!

Don't worry guys we got our IL on April 2nd so u have still 4 working days. Gud luck u will b getting this week 4 sure

I aslo think that we are worrying early, they'll probably start scheduling on Thursday & Friday.

But, if anyone calls NVC, please update here!

c2a and I-130, you told that you were planning to call, no news?

i just called,

they say that unfortunately they couldn't schedule an IV for my case in May due to embassy short capacity and amount of cases, and that she wasn't able to give tell me if there would be a spot for next months.. so, i don't know just keep waiting and hoping to get IV in this round

Good Luck for June.. I'm sure you'll get it!

My luck has been operators that tell don't tell me anything useful... I never vent my frustration on the call and always professional but every time I talk to an operator, they always give me generic answers and seem angry.

I haven't asked to speak with their supervisor or anything like that to make them angry...

received another cc email ... that they corrected my misspelled name... called and said my previous cc date is maintained..( hopefully) operator told me us embassy manila hvnt guve them the available slots/dates...

case completed via phonecall: 17 april 2014

All probably depends on our local embassies now. When they inform nvc about available dates, nvc will start scheduling immediately. lalalaaaa
