Hi kabayan! Your visa expired upon entry to USA and your status is now based on your I-94. You only need to submit all documents once in filing for AOS.

VJ guide for AOS from K1:

Might be a good idea as well for you to apply a SSN now-ish: http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn

All the best! :)

For now, the USCIS isn't really concerned that you married. When you file the AOS you will send in a certified copy of your marriage license and that will let the USCIS know that you married within the 90 day period that your I-94 was valid for.

Best of luck!

Wow! Please read the guides... Not everyone knows this. Moreover, you offer not linke to the "guides" that the OP might need to read. Too bad you choose not to try and explain your "reasoning." Another rocket scientist?
