I do have a question still :)

I am moving this weekend. My spouse will be arriving 2nd week of June

Where would I change the address (the address I gave on the form)?

When you POE let the CBP officer know of your new address. You can also call USCIS and update address and then when you make account on ELIS (to pay that $165 Visa processing fee) you will enter new address.

They did not ask my spouse for anything. I gave her new i864 EZ and 2013 returns but they did not check

But I strongly recommend from what I have seen on the forum that provide both singed 864 with 2013 tax information and the returns

Just to review 3 police certificate they take so long time?

60 days is the number they give. It could be less it could be more. It all depends they investigation and how fast the other end sends them the data they want. It's not like one person is just doing that. Hopefully it will come fast and no long delays. Just stay positive and be patient.
