do you know if the USC spouse can create a USCIS ELIS account and pay for the green card?

Yes they can. It doesn't matter who completes the account info.

I have changed of address since NVC send the docs and us getting an interview date. Do I need to change or contact NVC or USCIS?

hey guys my husbands interview went well he said consul was a lil rude but in his words he finally surrender and say congratulations she will take your visa wooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooo so glad this over and we can finally breathe a little bit..now its time to have a baby soon :) i want to thank everyone who helped me gave me advice and with out visajourney i dont think i would have got through this so smoothly..good luck friends

My hubby is at his interview right now in Mumbai I'm waiting on his call hope we all get approvals been such a long journey

hi. yes. he said 2 people inteview him. One was filipina. the questions are:

1. How did you meet your wife?

2. Do you have some pictures of you and your wife?

3. She ask for the skype conversations( My husband doesnt have this during interview, but we have pics that we are on skype)

2nd interview was the final interview with american

1. How many attend in your wedding day?

Thats it. He told him congratulations you passed. welcome to america.

congratz on your visa approval ahnnel. just wanna ask based on your husband's interview experience, so the CO didn't even ask for your ITR's or financial documents???

Guys,

I believe I have just got a false checklist but just wanted to be sure.

The letter was for the petitioner and it goes as follows:

"We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant
visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents
which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required
information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview....."

On the checklist page:

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________
The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’s
supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be
reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.
I have already sent the IV package. So it's the flase checklist, isn't it? Thanks everyone for answering!

08/09/2013 I-130 sent

08/13/2013 I-130 NOA1

02/10/2014 First email notice of transfer and the second and third the following days

02/18/2014 Mail notice of transfer to California Service Center (CSC)
