In my first visit to the US in 2009 I did an overstay of 2 days..can I have a problem for this at my interview??

Nope overstays are forgiven once you married citizen. And its under s certain time (i think its 180 days) so no waiver. You wil be fine.

Nope overstays are forgiven once you married citizen. And its under s certain time (i think its 180 days) so no waiver. You wil be fine.

I hope It goes well!! because the second visit (may 2010) I didn't know about my overstay, and I did tickets for 90days but immigration gave me only 30 days.

The last time I visit US (december 2011) I don't understand the time before, they told me that, I can't use again Visa Weiver Program, you need a Tourist Visa now!! so they ask to me if I can pay $585 for I-193 for enter in the US, if not they have expelled me. So I pay and I can stay for 24 days...after this we can start our visa journey. So complicated, I hope this doesn't compromise my visa..

#######. I want to know why my interview date is going to take nearly twice as long as people who just went through this a month ago. As soon as my stuff gets there, we're going to call/email them and see if we can request an earlier date. It's not like Amsterdam is a super busy consulate where IR visas are concerned.

That's ridiculous! That's a month and a half! I agree, call them. It's too long! :(

Your tineline shows country as Armenia and in consulate shows Mumbai. How is it possible? I think some errors are there. It should be india in country name. Check out your timeline n update it.

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

January 6, 2014 - NVC received the case ( no case number yet )

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

Yes! I was able to re-schedule his interview on May 5. I know its only one day but of course one day will make a whole lot sooner than may 6. Hopefully He can get his visa on thursday then he can have his seminar friday. then he will be here next monday!! hopefully everything will turn out as planned... sssssooooooo excited!!!!

Aww goodluck to you guys...the seminar will take 2-3hrs, he just need to go there early coz its first come first serve...
