TO STAPLE OR NOT TO STAPLE....

Probably a really stupid question....but I want to make sure......

I just wanted to know if its ok to staple the pages together for each form....for example staple pages 1-4 together.

Not a good idea, they tend to need everything separated and staples tend to be tricky to remove. It is recomended to use a paper clip.

Like the USCIS recommends we used ACCO fasteners.

I stapled pages for the same form, such as the I-864 and the I-485 'cus those they need together, but no evidence for either forms were stapled together with them, and everything was fastened together by a big binder clip.

We didn't staple either. Just used the ACCO fasteners.

I stapled the required evidence papers together and then paper clipped them to each of the forms filed. I didn't want them to be mixed up because I had a joint sponsor. USCIS accepted them obviously.
