our visa was issued after back and forth status changes like from AP-REFUSED-AP-READY-AP than finally ISSUED on march 17 and we got the visa right next day surprisingly on the 18 we had the visa on hand so now my dear is coming in 2 days

it feels surreal...

Last night I was thinking really negative and kind of lost hope.. then this morning I wake up and saw that they updated my case ..it says the same thing but at least I know now they are working on it....as soon as I read your post kind of hit me and thought okay I'm not the only one... ..Congratulations

Congratulations, I'm happy for you! I'm praying that they would issue my fiancee's visa too! My fiancee's interview was 2 weeks ago. I went to manila to accompany her to her interview. The Consul said all our documents were ok except for the erroneous cenomar that NSO issued to us. NSO put 2 marriages on her cenomar. She had only one marriage with her late husband. The consul said their liaison officer will investigate and confirm with NSO directly. They did not give us 221g, they just sent us home and said just wait for her visa to be delivered.

After the interview i checked her CEAC status it went from AP same day after the interview then went to Refused the next day. As of today it still says "Refused". We called the immigrant visa unit and we were told to submit supporting documents to prove that the other person in her cenomar is not her. Now, we are waiting and been calling the embassy asking the status and they kept saying it is still under review. The status date on the CEAC keep changing but still says "Refused". Hoping it will change to AP or Ready.
