Embassy Review : Greetings Everyone, Well, here we go, So The 26th my Husband had his 2nd Interview. It is super loud in the waiting are, our process took about 3 hours total. But, due to the noise level we could not hear the consulars calling his name, she said she called us 3 times, but anyways we got there she looked over the paper work and handed me back copies of 2012 taxes, How ever she did not look through them thoroughly, She left out my proof of assets, so I told her wait You will need these as well, the proof of assets and she also took the proof of my bank statements as well. So, Pay Attention and make sure to speak up if you feel they have left something out. Ok so here is the big mistake,My Lawyers turned in the sponosorship with taxes, My TAXABLE INCOME was only 23.900 my salary is like 25,800. Barely over the mark for three people, HOw my lawyers missed this I will never know.. SO remember TAXABLE income People, if you dont have it, put your assets, I was only off by 700.00 to be approved the first time. So, With that said they people were super nice and give us what we needed and we LEft super Extatic. Gracias a Dios!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
