Just got off the phone with NVC, 35 min wait btw.

My 60 days are up December 9th. Even though last week it seemed like they were working on it, they now say it hasnt even been reviewed and that they expect AT LEAST 60 days to go by before reviewing the case. So I mentioned that I was told they were sticking to the 60 days, she said unfortunately due to high volume it is at least 60 days, thats the earliest you can expect for us to start reviewing it...

How did you contact the congressman? I don't know what that means :(

It just means he needs to email/call his state's senators' office and ask them if they can look into your case at UCSIS (ie, I'm in Illinois, so our senators are Richard Durbin and Mark Kirk). All senators have their own website you can look up online and have a section to contact them regarding a federal case. They should be able to help you expedite your case.

It's a normal thing.. After 15 mins of unactivity on the site.. It logs off the logged in user for security.. :)

Mine gives error it's been almost a month. But when I called they said there has been a problem with their system at this moment.

It's been nearly 9 months since I started this thread and my wife and I started this journey. Now it is close to the end. My wife passed her interview and now just a fee more weeks until she is home with me.

I want to thank everyone for their support and friendship through this process. Good luck to all and NEVER give up hope.
