Yes, First service request was when the case crossed 5.5 months and I got a reply exactly on the 15th day then second request was couple of weeks back on a Thursday, and got the same reply for second request really quick on the following Tuesday. I also contacted my state's senator office, they got the same reply and was asked to wait for 90 days.

It's frustrating because this is just the USCIS stage, and idk how long it'll take at NVC stage. I was very optimistic before filing that everything would be completed by first quarter of 2015 but now it looks like it'll extend to early Summer 2015. UGH!!

It is really unfortunate how we try to stay positive and optimistic only to have the system take FOREVER... It's definitely not easy when you're told to "wait" and that there's nothing you can do at this point. I feel your frustation, and I hope that USCIS will finally approve your I-130 soon.

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14:
I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!!

So no one has heard of a Case Complete yet? No March Filers?

Doubtful unless they were able to expedite. I just had to start a new 60 day wait last week. Only 52 more days to go. I was one of the first March filers out of USCIS, April 7. But I would imagine there will be some March filers soon to get a CC from the NVC.

I haven't heard of one yet. Our case has been Mister Average so far: each step has taken exactly as long as they said it would, nearly to the day. If that continues, we'd get a CC from the NVC in mid-December and then an interview date probably late Jan-early Feb. It'll probably end up being close to an entire year...and that's for what should be an easy, easy case from a low-risk country with 8 years of marriage, solid financials, no red flags/special circumstances, and a US-citizen child...whose third year of life I am completely missing, incidentally.

It's really crazy that it could take a year...but it's happening.

Thanks for the good wishes! It really is terrible and I could get really worked up about it if I let myself, but I try to keep everything in perspective. I've got a great family, a good job, I live in the city I wanted to raise my child in, Skype exists, and this is all temporary...and our son won't even remember this time when he's older. It could be much worse.

I'm just hoping for an interview date before Christmas: that way when I leave them in France again after Christmas vacation we can know exactly how much more we have to wait. Something besides "in xxx months" will be enormously helpful to all three of us.

I am a little confused about the scan date! Do I have to call NVC for that or will they send an email?

Yes call them and ask them What was the date they last received paperwork from you. That will be your scan date to go by. This is after all docs have been received.

Average too, 5 months at the uscis stage and ill be around 3 by the time we get cc(praying). Im gonna see my husband at the begging of Dec and we want to know too how ling it will be so we can start planning. Saying goodbye without knowing what to expect is horrible. Hi guys, our PD is March 13, 2014 and we just got case complete last October 21, received my Interview letter Nov. 3 and Interview date will be on Dec. 04. We submitted our AOS July 4 and IV on August 11, we got a Checklist for our AOS on August 28 then submitted the updated AOS on Sept. 8, got NVC letter that they received our updated AOS on Sept 10 and it says review again for another 60days but it actually took 48 days total before we got our case complete from the date we submitted the updated AOS. Having checklist really adds up on days for getting case complete, but even if we were so careful and thinking we did everything correctly, some of us still got a checklist. It's really frustrating to wait for the case complete, I been checking my phone every night just to see if I got an email, so I'm sure guys it won't be long and you will also get a case complete :) Good luck to us all and will keep you all in my prayers :) God Bless...
