I am applying for a K1 Fiance Visa for my partner living in the UK

I am using a joint sponsor - they are a married couple and joint own their income

My lawyer said that they only file 1 affidavit showing joint income, but

the affidavit of support only has space to write name, dob, ss # etc ...

does just the husband or just the wife (in my joint sponsor's case)

file ?? I need help please, thank you.

The I-134 that is used for a K-1 visa is filled out by a single person. The co-sponsor that fills out an I-134 shows their individual income on the form. They can provide their most recent tax transcript that shows they filed jointly, and include letter from employer and/or most recent pay stubs to prove their current individual income. Choose the parent that has enough to cover their own household size plus the foreign fiance(e).
