My wife & I had our interview today. For the most part it was a very nice experience, although the officer we had was extremely rude to both of us at times. In any event I was arrested over a year ago for a DUI and recently worked a plea with the court and as a results I am on probation for a year. As a results I was unable to show our officer the certified case disposition as my probation isn't complete. In any event I shown the officer the plea agreement and mentioned it did not know whether or not it could be approved or whether I would need to file a waiver. She had to check with the legal department.

A few moments ago, I got a text that the status online changed. So I checked the I-130 status and here is what I noticed: 

On March 13, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

Does that mean that my application has been approved?

I then checked my I-485 status and here is what I saw:

On March 13, 2014, we ordered production of your new card.

Does that mean that my green card was approved?

Well thank you. I hope it is the case and has been approved. With the DUI and not having the disposition, I am a little nervous. Anyone else can comment?

My status for the I-485 changed again to the following:

On March 13, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Is that normal? Or is it still a good sign?

I am quite fluent in english. I was just confirming it was a good sign being the unique situation with my DUI. The interviewer left me in some doubt that I was quite shocked with the update stating it was approved.

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.
