very frustrating we keep on looking for the available slots for interview appointment on Manila US embassy but until now no free slots.

i wonder the NVC told us that our case was expedited approved and they will be the one who will schedule on our interview but very frustrating to see we are the one who will schedule...theres no synchrony...

So my waiting begins.

But this news is very encouraging!!!!!!

03-10-2014: Case # and IIN assigned (both cases hubby and step daughter)

04-14-2014: DS261and AOS available

04-15-2014: AoS fee paid

04-21-2014: IV fee paid

04-23-2014: AOS mailed next day

05-14-2014: fake checklist for civil documents

Called and was told AOS was reviewed and accepted

05-16-2014: IV documents scanned in

05-19-2014: another check list asking for civil docs.called and confirmed.

Hi, everyone..... Me and my fiancee really needs yall help... .. I filled out Ds-160 through online and got confirmation... paid for his visa application through my lawyer back in january and still have heard any thing from Jamaica consulate/ embassy about setting up a interview date? My lawyer told me that my fiancee was to be getting a call from them to set up a date but he still has not recieved a call Im worried that something isnt right ..... please someone help.... And sorry I really do not understand the entire paper work process.....

My congratulations! I have one question though. When did you schedule your medical appointment? Did you do it before or after you set up your interview date?
