I filled and submitted the DS 160 form last November 2013. Currently I am here in Manila waiting for my interview this coming March 18 2014. I am 100 percent

sure I didn't put our middle names both me and my fiance in the GIVEN NAMES as it was an honest mistake that I thought it would only consist of our names.

Second, I really want to see my form and triple check again for any errors coz maybe it may had another mistake. I don't have my laptop with me were i saved my

files and unluckily it was reformatted without backup due to computer viruses. Can I still correct my DS 160? it is beyond 30 days and I don't want to change my

interview date. pls. help... much appreciated.

In my case I also didn't put the last name of mine and my fiancé in ds160, I think there's nothing wrong with that. If you already submitted and confirmed your ds160 online as of now you can't able to edit your filled application. You can check to uscis website or google if there is a chance to cancel submitted ds160.

There isnt change to correct or cancel, one you submit the ds-160.

The only thing you can do is complete and submit another ds-160 and at the intreview present the new confirmation page.

if the issue is just the middle names, then you just need to inform the pre-screener at the embassy on the day of your interview when you hand over your documents. they can correct it for you on the spot.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

You can't change the DS-160 once submitted. But it is easily fixed during the interview, the CO has access to that and can make changes if needed. Relax it is not a major issue.
