A I-130 package is delivered by FedEx to an adjudicator in their cubicle and their office phone immediately rings. On the line, a deep-voiced man identifies himself as Obama. Obama tells the adjudicator that there are simpler ways of processing documents at the Nebraska Center. The individual on the phone helps the adjudicator navigate through the I-130 form in less than 15 mins, lighting speed. However, other employees get suspicious as to why he is able to process I-130 forms so quickly so and then the adjudicator tries to escape to a ledge outside the building. BUT, the adjudicator doesn’t have the courage to walk across the ledge to some nearby scaffolding. The adjudicator returns to his cube, stands on his desk and decides to help everyone process the I-130 form faster and more efficient.
