NVC Automated doesn't work

Did anyone check NVC automated service recently, it doesn't work. When it ask you to enter left 3 letters of you case number, after that it comes back and says "It couldn't find any match"

VSC (USCIS)

YEAR: 2005

Oct 28 - I-130s for Father/Mother/Brother VSC

Oct 31 - Deliver'd I-130s

Nov 9 - Rec'd NOA1

Dec 7 - RFE for I-130 sent on Dec 7

Dec 22 - Sent requested info

Dec 28 - Online: req. info rec'd

YEAR: 2006

Feb 8 - I-130 Approved

Feb 15 - Rec'd NOA2

NVC

Feb 16 - Assign'd case # Feb 14

Feb 22 - NVC Sent DS-3032/AOS bill on Feb 20

Feb 24 - Rec'd DS-3032/AOS

Feb 24 - Sent pre-signed(Pasted bar code from Original) DS-3032 and AOS($70)

Feb 27 - Deliver'd AOS STL, DS-3032 to NVC

Feb 28 - Email on behalf of my parents to appoint me for DS-3032

Mar 3 - Got email: DS-3032 received (Email did the Magic !!)

Mar 4 - Automated msg updtd: -- DS-3032 rec'd,

Mar 6 - AOS fee rec'd, IV fee bill generated, I-864/IV fee bill will be mailed this week (Operator)

Mar 11 - Rec'd I-864 pkg

Mar 13 - Rec'd IV fee bill, Returned I-864 pkg

Mar 14 - Deliver'd I-864 pkg to NVC, Returned IV fee bill to STL

Mar 15 - Deliver'd IV fee to STL, I-864 entered in to NVC system

Mar 23 - I-864 complete, Visa fee in NVC system, DS-230 on the way

It dont work any of it but I have found some short cuts. You have to wait about 10 minutes when they say they are transfering you to a operator. Then you can do the automated system press 5 for operator and it works faster. I hope this helps you some

Aug 12 2005- I was touched and didn't even know it!!!

2/15/06 - Mailed $70

2/27/06 - Emailed DS-3032

3/16/06 - Recv'd IV Bill

3/20/06 - Mailed $380

4/20/06 - Mailed I-864

4/21/06 - Mailed DS230 WOOHOO Come on NVC be quick about it...please??!

4/24/06 - NVC Recv'd I-864 and DS230

5/1/06 - Case Complete....... placed on Admin Processing

5/10/06 - CASE COMPLETE THANK YOU LORD!

5/12/06 - Case is on its way to Ankara!!! woohoo!!

5/16/06 - Delivered case to Ankara!!

6/6/06 - Interview!!!

7/27/06 - Ali's Birthday.....FBI CHECKS DONE!!

8/9/06 - VISA IN HAND WOOOT WOOT

Hi,

I had the same problem yesterday. After being frustrated I took a deep breath and went to work. I tried again after work, and it would disconnect me after inputting my case #. Finally, I gave up on the automated system and was able to get through to an actual human about 5:30pm, New York time...

I know you still can talk to the operator. It goes like:

Press '1' for english

Then wait 3 or 4 minutes (Nothing happens during this time,,,,,,,,,,,,,, just silence)

It goes that familiar automated messages then Press '1' -- for english -- >'2' to get to the operator

Hi Again!!

Yep I finally got through to the operator. Earlier all it would do is hang up on me!! Meanies!! I did ask the lady when she thought it might be resolved and she said " What you don't like talking to us? Ha ha Well I have no clue when it will be working again" WOW I was amazed, she was really nice!! So!! Hopefully it won't be too long. I usually call at 4a when I wake up ha ha i miss the automated anytime system :yes:

Hi Joye,

Yesterday was my first time calling them- to my surprise, (and also my husband's when we spoke later that day) they were incredibly nice and personable... I expected the same type of person I deal with at DMV...pleasant surprise it was !

I have been told our paperwork was received on Feb 27th, so all I am doing is sitting tight and waiting for the postman.

I tried to call before, as I'd like to have the date which the forms were posted. I forgot to ask that yesterday...I was just happy that the paperwork made it over from Vermont...

I couldn't get through again...

I'll try later on again, I suppose.

Hope your day is good and you got some good news from NVC !
