Can I sign the cover letter for my wifes (beneficiary) IV packet? I am submitting it EP and wanted to include a cover letter and she doesnt have a printer/scanner so Im just curious if its ok if I sign. Maybe I should just leave the letter blank with no signature? I doubt they really care as long as they get all of the supporting documents....

USCIS

April 9, 2013: NOA 1

Nov. 18: Transferred to Texas

Dec 9: NOA 2

March 6: AOS Bill showing paid

March 6: AOS Packet sent EP (I did not know at the time but 3 attachments were JPEG's, only PDF's are accepted)

March 12: EP enrollment confirmation received

March 13: Resent AOS packet email as I am confused if they received original since EP enrollment confirmation was received by me after AOS was sent.

March 14: Resent AOS packet as I realized previous two packets had JPEG's in them. This is my first correct packet with all PDF's.

March 17: Resent AOS packet for the 4th time with all PDF's and finally got a confirmation of receipt. This one was the only one sent during "business hours"

Submitted the form as directed! Your form looks really cool :-)

Thanks! I worked on it while I was at work, shhh, don't tell anyone :P:whistle:

I'll probably have to fix a few things as more people use it.

I'd suggest just taking out the bottom part that includes the signature. The main purpose of the cover letter is to list what's being sent.

Hi Christopher1384,

You have received the EP confirmation on March 12.

May I ask when you've sent the EP enroll email to NVC?

How many days until you receive the Enroll acceptance confirmation?

I am ready to send our AOS documents but I am still waiting for the Enroll confirmation email.

Would you mind to share the body of the Enroll confirmation you've received?

Thank you,

Lukiduki

Hi Christopher1384,

You have received the EP confirmation on March 12.

May I ask when you've sent the EP enroll email to NVC?

How many days until you receive the Enroll acceptance confirmation?

Would you mind to share the body of the Enroll confirmation you've received?

Thank you,

I think I sent my EP ENROLL on the 25th of Feb. I would send your AOS packed even though you didnt get a confirmation email from then. Then send it again when you do get the confirmation. The reason I say this is because I initially sent my AOS packet before I got the ENROLL confirmation. And when they responded to me weeks later that they had received my AOS packet they had attached the original email that I send before I had confirmation from them....so who knows. You could also call them and ask if you have been ENROLLED.
