Case complete! Today. Took 17 days from AOS submission for approval and 17 days from iv package it was approved. Sooooooooo freaking excited I can hardly stand myself!!!

CASE COMPLETE!!! as of March 20.We just got off the phone with NVC and the rep. finally said the magic word that we've been waiting for!The rep. also said that they are just waiting for the available slots at US Embassy Manila for them to send in my case file.I'm so happyyyyyyyyyyy!!!To all the VJ members thank you and especially to Mrs. Saylin who really is a big help through our journey!

Is it ok that the petitioner will fill up the ds260?

Totally fine!

The beneficiary has to affirm that it is all true and correct, but there is no problem for the petitioner to fill it out on behalf of the beneficiary. If you want, at the end there is a place to enter if someone helped the beneficiary fill out the application. You can always put your name and relationship to the beneficiary in that space.

same here. i didnt know Advance Medical is possible. Did you contact the Embassy Manila to have an advance medical?

NVC received my IV package on Mar 6 and as of 21th today, my case is completed. You may call NVC now to check your status.
