Will we need to provide an updated i864 and 2013 tax returns at the interview?

I think, as long the interview is before April 15th they should not ask.

But its still a good idea to have the W2s, if haven't filled the tax yet.

If you have filled the 2013 tAx already than bring it to the interview Just in case... Don't know about i864

yea I was going to send copies of tax returns and w2's. I doubt they would ask for an updated 864 as that gets processed here with the NVC. But then again I may be wrong if anyone has any info regarding this matter please do chime in and let us know. thank you.

I would just do takes and have your spouse have the tax forms and W2. They will not expect transcripts and probably won't ask for 2013 but better to have it and no delay right.

Or since your spouses are at interview and soon will be here just go to turbo tax and file an extension its free you have the proof right from IRS to send to spouse..

Hi! just wondering how come whenever I checked for my case status in CEAC website it's still at NVC? It has been 3 days since I received my IL and it's supposed to be "In transit" now right?

Yes it should be showing "IN TRANSIT" by now. Mine showed next day when i received my P4.

Not necessarily. Some petitions don't go out for a week or two. To know when they ship you have to call NVC if you just have to know. My petition went out 10 days after interview scheduled.

One is because yours isn't a real busy embassy and probably just a few petitions.

For the busier ones like Philippines they bundle them. And ai am sure they have plenty hundreds maybe. Just be patient ya'll you have a whole month at least your petition will get there.
