I requested to expedite the visa process on the basis of the current war situation in Ukraine. But USCIS denied the request quoting that visa number for this category is not available. So no luck there. But seeing that they are processing Jan applications, I think my I-130 will be processed any ways soon.

I feel your pain. My country in under a terrible social situation as well. I wish you the best of luck.. Hopefully your approval will be ready in the next weeks.

My wife will be sending my application to USCIS lockbox today. Hopefully it will be delivered on Friday.

Hey dont worry you will get your NOA2 on the 3rd week or 4th week of this month. About PD, i think we will no longer to wait for PD to be current.

Yea... His NOa2 should come March 11 or 13. Why do you think we wont wait for PD to be current?

If California center continue to approve at this rate, i will say you should get approved between April 18 and April 24

Because the cut off date is sept 2013. For this FIscal. US homeland will release a new number of visa.

How long it will take to receive a letter from nvc. USCIS was sent the petition last feb 24, 2014. We are still waiting. Who among you are already sent their AOS to the NVC. ? Thank you.

Yes my centre was Califonia Service Centre. I got approved in 12 weeks despite RFE.

Hope the visa comes soon as well.

Oh got confused. Thought you mentioned somewhere it was Vermont. Congratulations. Mind sharing what was the RFE for?

Sorry I didnt realise on time that "WAC" is CSC.

RFE was for certificate of marriage nothing else.
