Well I start to think they work just 1 day per month at I129-F. They keep saying "we work at December 3th" from over a month !!!! ..... RIP Texas ...

They don't work just one day a month. They have a lot of data and a lot of stuff to deal with. They only update the progress databases once a month. Hang in there!

In two weeks (July 9th) it will be exactly 6 months from the NOA1. I can't wait to call and if I hear "Sorry, they are STILL on December 3rd" Im gonna snap. Last time I spoke to them, I told them to open a service center in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or Florida because....we are MUCH faster in those states than in Texas. Just sayin.....

No response from my congressman as of today...keeping the hope alive that I will get the nOA2 sometime soon so the whole process can be completed before January 2015. #thisisridiculous, #canwetransfertoCSCnow? lol.

I just don't get how others who file after us are getting approved before us. It's complete B.S. They should wait, just like we have been!

I hear ya, the entire process is a bad joke. However, you'll be happy to know that there are no more expedites from Philippines. At least they can now move along with the normal applications instead of cutting in line to do the "expedites".

As many already did, my fiancé also called USCIS and got a similar answer : wait 2 more months and then call again (after 7months)

We also contacted Memphis's senator office (congressman's office wasn't a help. She talked bad to me, then later my fiancé.. okay) and they said we should call again in a month, they'll check the status of the petition aswell.. (isn't this what we do when we check for our case status on uscis.gov? :/ )

I got my NOA2 today!! I think my congressman's office in Memphis helped me out! The representative even called me last week to see if I have heard any updates.

NVC case number received (via phone) July 1 2014

NVC forward petition to the embassy July 3 2014

consulate received petition July 8 2014

consulate received hard copy of petition(CEAC website update) July 15 2014

passed medical (took one day fiancee got there at 4:00am finished at 4:30pm) July 22 2014

CFO completed certificate issued (fiancee said people were very nice process very easy) July 30th 2014!!

Interview date scheduled for September 10th 2014!!

Interview approved!!!

Visa issued!! CEAC website September 16 2014!!

Visa received on September 18 2014 yeah!!!

POE September 21 2014!!! Yeeees!!! What a journey!!!!

Wedding day!! October 16 2014!!

a question for the people who have emailed senators and congressmen, did you have to attach a privacy release form or anything similar for them to speak on your behalf or was it not needed?

They can be copies, but it could be handy to take the originals just in case they're requested for a quick comparison. They give the originals right back. Did your fiance request a tax transcript from the IRS?

Yes he is going to order some, Cause he needs those stuff to buy a house, That's why I asked if I can have copies instead of the originals. (Btw, I haven't gotten my NOA2, I'm only a March, Lol!, Just checking over stuff)

You need a statement from your bank stating the date you opened your account, the amount deposited in the past year, and the current balance(s) of your account(s), as part of the I-134.
