Hello folks,

We got stuck at the stage of AOS when our arranged sponsor who had initially accepted to fill out the AOS forms for us declined in the 11th hour. Ever since, my wife (a student in TX) has been looking for a sponsor that meets the requirements for sponsorship without success. Can anyone please help us so that NVC can continue with the case to the finish?

Thanks in advance

to be honest, i am not sure what else you can do, you need to have a co-sponsor if she cannot prove earnings in excess of the poverty line for suscessful AOS... can she get a job and goto school part time? does she have dependents? or assets to make up for the short fall?

Wife should get her studies on part time and get a job until she has enough income to sponsor you. Or get a full time job that will cover income requirements for your size of household (2?).

No sponsor - no visa.
