Hello VJ community,

On Jan. 24th, my husband filed for an expedite request due to military reasons. We received an email but we are a little bit confused about whether or not our expedite request has been approved or is just being reviewed. Here's what the email says :

Type of service requested:

-- Expedite

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your application. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

The Service Center has received your request to expedite your case. We have granted this request and will have your application forwarded to a supervisor for expedited review. This process will take approximately 30-45 days and we ask that you please refrain from sending repeat inquiries; this only slows down our process. Please contact us at the number listed below if you do not receive any notice of action within 45-60 days from delivery.

Thanks for your help!

It specifically says "we have granted this request".

That's what I thought at first but my husband made me doubt as we read multiple other examples, all with different letter templates, where you would think that their request was approved but people were saying it only meant that their request would be sent for review to decide if they would expedite it or not. Thank you for your answer.
