Are you commenting on my post?

If so, why do you think that we did not apply? Presumptuous, aint you?

Sandra, and if the case stuck in NBC do they appoint biometrics while it is still in NBC or only after they transfer to the local?

Sandra, you said here that attempted suicide is a reason for denial? I have been in the phsyc ward 4 times for that. 3 during my marriage, first 2 just for telling cops "i'd rather kill myself than live with him!", and 3rd time for slicing my wrist during one of our fites, then 4th time, a year after we had split and 4 months after our divorce was final, pills, for depression due to this ordeal. total of 12 days in the ward. will they see this? and will it affect my VAWA and aos for 2 yr GC? and also we had almost zero comingling of finances during our 18 months together, only I was on his bank account, and 1 year joint tax return, thats it. and then theres still the restraining order in place. advice?

When i was at the interview the officer told me that if the gc doesnt arrive in 3 to 4 weeks make an appointment for infopass where they will stamp your passport which will serve as a green card. This officer also told me about cases wheN unfortunately people got their citizenships still waiting for a gc. A friend of mine was waiting for his gc for over a year and a half, and after he went to such infopass, he got the gc in mail on one week or so. But it wasnt vawa with him.
