form I 864 Filling problem

Dear All,

as my wife income can not match the poverty guidelines, so I had asked my uncle to file another form I 864 to support me for my wife low income.

NVC revised the forms and asked me to refill both forms and I am now confused how to fill the forms again.

anyone can suggest or help me to fill these TWO I864 forms for both my wife (as the petitioner )and my uncle (is he the joint sponsor or one of 2 sponsors??)

although I read the instructions but I am stacked with this form for more than 2 weeks now

your help is really needed and I appreciate your support in order to fill the 2 forms I864.

IF any supported links or examples or even a conference call....I will be so grateful for your help.

no, your wife as the petitioner will file the i864 as sponsor. your uncle will file his i864 as the only joint sponsor

Part 1:#1

for my uncle.....1 d)

Part 3:#1

for my wife.....yes

for my uncle ....yes

How many in your household, and how many in the uncle's household? Is ie the uncle married, does he have minor kids (even those not living with him), or other dependants he claimed on the most recent tax return?

^{@Penguin...........my uncle is married but he had 3 independent children and his income is sufficient to sponsor me.....my problem is to fill the form as we filled it according to our knowledge and the only reply from NVC that it does not include the right information or missing ones so I can t trace the mistakes.!!!!!}

you don't fill out your uncle's i864, he does and signs it

correct, 1a for your wife and 1 d for your uncle

both mark yes on 3.1 correct

and number 4 is correct also as stated

my uncle did fill it himself and signed it as well also he attached the supported documents....but we are filling it together to avoid any wrong information.

I already wrote all your suggestion in the first signed forms i send to NVC but they replied that I had to correct these parts..!!!!!!

are you sure that they requested those only? because that part is correct can you put on the forum the checklist sent to you?

Which form are you using? is that the one with barcode? or without?

the same thing happened to me i filled it out correctly and they sent me a checklist anyways i just sent them all over again

wen i called lady told me it couldve been cause i did it in pen and they couldnt see it or something
